The questionnaire will help you focus on what you are looking for and
helps us to identify how our service can be of use to you.
The phone interview
After we receive your completed questionnaire we will call you at your
convenience. At this time we will answer any questions that you may have
about Preludes. We carefully screen all applicants to see if they are
sincere, committed and meet our eligibility requirements.
The personal interview
You will be invited to meet one of our consultants. This meeting is a
chance to talk, listen and learn about each other. Clients tell us that
this is a very informative process, not to mention fun.
The referral
Once our consultants have an understanding of your attitudes and
values, they can begin the matching process. You will then start receiving
introductions in the post that include the phone number of your referred
member.
The phone call
This is your chance to get acquainted with your referred member over
the phone. We suggest that you ask questions about your referral's
interests and also be a good listener. This exchange can be a lot of fun!
The first date
This is a great opportunity to do something that you really enjoy, or
go to a favourite spot. Relax, have fun and enjoy each other's company.
Feedback
At Preludes, we feel that our job isn't finished just because we have
introduced you to some terrific people. That's why we need your feedback
after each referral. Tell us what you liked about your match as well as
what you didn't. With this information we can constantly 'fine tune' our
matching process.
Going on hold
This last step happens when you wish
to develop an on-going relationship with one of your referrals. You must
tell us and we will put your membership on hold until further notice. We are
delighted with how many of our clients take advantage of this option every
year.
